The weekend kicks off early on Friday with the Bundesliga back in action. Monchengladbach host Bayern Munich in a top of the table clash. Currently the hosts are in fourth, four points behind Die Roten who top the table.
Saturday is kinda weak. Juventus look to maintain their lead in Serie A when they travel to Atalanta. The day ends with the Seville Derby, with Betis on the rise and Sevilla in a funk.
Sunday is truly Super Sunday. Spurs get a chance to make a true statement in the Premier League race when they travel to Manchester to play City. This is followed by United travelling to the Emirates to play Arsenal who need three points after a loss to Swansea last week and will want some revenge after last fall’s 8-2 hammering.
Barcelona travel to Malaga to make up the game postponed at the beginning of the season. Malaga have been in poor form recently and will hope to take advantage of FCB’s lackluster away form. Later that day is a key clash in Serie A between Inter in fifth, coming off their huge win against Milan, and Lazio, who will look to maintain fourth place. Finally, Real Madrid host Athletic Bilbao. Both teams will be coming off of cup games and I think Real’s depth will tip the balance.
